SYNOPSIS: To celebrate his birthday on 24th August, Dick Lee has kindly agreed to give a charity concert. Recently, excerpts of Dick's last show, where he parodied some of our national songs, have become the most popular local downloads on the internet, especially on the YouTube website, which illustrates the demand for his familiar favourites - some with a new twist that will have you rolling in your seat with laughter.The concert will be an intimate soiree with family and friends, featuring a smorgasbord of songs, as well as a medley of treats from Dick's best loved musicals. The evening will start at 7.30pm with a small cocktail reception followed by the concert at 8pm at the DBS Arts Centre - Home of the Singapore Repertory Theatre (SRT).Dick has generously agreed to donate all funds raised from the evening to SRT, along with the donation made by presenting sponsor, IWC Schaffhausen.
